Good afternoon,
I have been active since age two when I attended my first ballet class, and have not stopped since! I danced competively all the way throughout high school where I also began strength training and conditioning on my lunch break between classes. I attended York University in the dance program where I enhanced my skills as a teacher and performer as well as enganced my knoweledge of anatomy and kinesiology.
After graduating I became a certified personal trainer and began teaching barre, dance cardio, spin, muslce conditioining and tarining clients. I advanced to being the master tariner of The Athletic Club (now Movati) Master Physique (barre) Trainer as designed my own dance cardio program called The Design Method. Since leaving The Athletic CLub my husband and I owned our own boutique fitness studio, called Studio57 Health & Fitness.
I currently teach barre, spin and pilates.
