Christine Jacobs

Christine started her Pilates journey in 1999 as a student.  After reading an article in Vogue Magazine she was intrigued with the exercise method and found an instructor in Phoenix, Arizona.  Christine loved what Pilates did for her body and her mind.   She found she was able to exercise throughout her two pregnancies and Pilates helped her bounce back after gaining close to 50 pounds with each baby.  After 6 years as two times per week student only, Christine made the a career change and entered the Core Dynamics Teacher Training Program.  Christine spent her first couple of years teaching at the same studio she originally started Pilates.  In 2009, Christine started teaching at Lifetime Fitness in their fully equipped Pilates studio.  She has experience in teaching groups of all levels on the reforner, tower, chair, and barrels, large format mat classes, and private sessions.
