Trisha Lanns

Trisha is a Toronto based 200 hour certified Vinyasa/Hatha yoga teacher, her journey with yoga began in 2012. 

Trisha see’s the practice and art of yoga as a healing modality uniting the mind, body and soul. Yoga has given her the tools to manage her anxiety which has guided her ona path to a more at peaceful existence, love and to gain confidence in herself mentally, while physically increasing her strength and flexibility.

Trisha’s passion is to share the practice of yoga and to make a positive impact on the well-being of others by designing creative sequences and guiding students based on a skillful blend of asana (poses) and pranayama (controlling the breath).

Trisha currently teaches yoga to staff and students at a local college. She provides them with the opportunity and ability to reduce stress, increase energy, improve focus/concentration as well as strength and stability during their busy work or school day.
