Lora Bedard

Lora Cate is originally from Indiana but moved to the great state of Texas about 12 years ago.  Lora is in her 17th year of teaching higher education and is most recently in the human performance department at UT-Permian Basin.  She has always been an active person, and her passion is all things related to health and being well.  She is happiest when she is helping people feel and live their very best life!  Lora Cate enjoys activities from running to yoga and everything in between!  High intense activities used to be her go-to, but as she gets older, she has more respect for listening to her body and feeling great at the end of her workout instead of feeling pain.  Along with fitness, she enjoys cooking, live music and travelling! She is in her 8th year of marriage, has a 5-year-old son and 17-year-old stepdaughter.
