I was first drawn to group fitness as a way to cross train for distance running events. In 2011, I became a certified indoor cycling instructor, and I have since taught indoor cycling and group strength classes in Chicago and Dubai. I have completed 11 marathons and understand the importance of using music for motivation. I look for a variety of music, ranging from hip hop to classic rock, to create motivational soundtracks to help my clients push themselves through the physical and psychological demands of each workout. My favorite thing about group exercise is the collective energy of a group dedicated to moving forward.
