I began dancing at age 6 and have been active in fitness every since. I began apprenticing and teaching ballet, tap and jazz when I was 12.
I attended college in NYC so that I could also continue to dance. After getting a degree from Fordham University in Political Science, I returned to Florida and attended Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, I discovered yoga and Pilates and began practicing both disciplines.
While practicing as a criminal defense attorney in Florida, I spent evening growing and mentoring a Jazz company with a local dance studio.
After marrying my military husband, I moved to NC where I built my own business offering private sessions in Pilates and yoga. I also taught the same plus other areas of fitness at a local gym.
Currently, we are stationed in Charlottesville VA where I teach between 8-10 fitness classes a week to all levels and ages of participants.
