(My legal name is Lynn, but I go by Lyn)
Lyn is the Head Trainer and Fitness Director of First Wind Cycling and Fitness. In addition to personal traning and small group training, Lyn also teaches cycle classes, barre classes, circuit classes, and combo classes such as cycle/barre, cycle/circuit and cycle/kickboxing. Her background spans 20 years of managing group exercise programs and teaching many styles of fitness including: kickboxing, zumba, cycle, bootcamps, balance classes, bosu, and water aerobics.
