I have been in the fitness field for over 16 years. Currently I manage a corporate fitness center, leading group exercise classes, working one-on-one with personal training clients, and performing massage. I love working with a variety of clients to help them reach their goals. Every day is a new challenge!
I am able to teach a variety of classes, such as strength training, stretching, boot camp, HIIT/Tabata, core work, Pilates, and cycling.
