Stacey Schelhaas

My name is Stacey Tashman Schelhaas, I grew up originally in New York, and in Los Angeles . I moved to Colorado to go to College and then moved to sunny California, finding my way back to Colorado a few decades later! I am a Power/Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, with a background in Pilates, and Dance as well . I  am the Colorado District Manager for CorePower Yoga. I have been teaching for over 15 years.

  I teach a challenging Vinyasa flow class, and an intense fun house/electronic remix based Bootcamp/Sculpt class. I am certified to teach Power/Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Pilates, and Barre. I grew up in New York and Los Angeles before moving to Colorado. I grew up as a competitive dancer until I graduated college.  I started working in the Corporate world of Sales and Advertising in the Entertainment business, as well as teaching.  I received my first Vinyasa Yoga Certification in 2006, then 2 more in 2007 and my 200 HR in 2009, and 2011. My comprehensive Pilates Certification in 2009, and my Barre Certification in 2010.  My Bootcamp in 2011. I moved to Colorado in 2011  and Continued my Yoga studies with CorePower and obtained another Power Yoga Certification and my Sculpt Certification . I am Energetic, personable, fit, and extremely knowledgeable in all formats listed above.
