My name Is Audra and I have my 200 hour teaching certification from Bali, Indonesia. I am yoga alliance certified. I am passionate in helping others work on their fitness whatever level they are at. My goal is to have people leave my class feeling more confident, less stressed, and stronger mentally and physically. I really enjoy the peace and strength that yoga allows us to have. I have lived and traveled all over the world so I am very used to adapting to different cultures. Love all the wonderful people I get to meet along the way. Currently living in Montevideo, Uruguay.
