Miranda has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years as a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Sport Performance Coach. As a former collegiate athlete, she understands the importance of muscular endurance and strength to perform at peak levels. She has worked with people of all ages and sizes on their fitness and overall health; recognizing the importance of functional strength and mobility in everyday activities.  Her passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals led her to create Body By You, which provides a variety of fitness classes to fit the needs of all fitness levels.
