I am a mom of two awesome teens, the wife of an inspiring and supportive rntrepreneur, a health and fitness enthusiast, business owner and energetic instructor.

What I've learned in my last 13 years of teaching group ex is that we feed off of energy from one another and from the uplifting beats of the music (isn't that why we choose classes instead of the treadmill?).  I love giving and receiving that energy in my Zumba and Barre classes and hope to share that with each of you.  My motto is, if you are moving and smiling, you are doing it right!
