- My name is Whitney Matonis. I am a 200 hr certified yoga instructor and passionate about what I do! I have been teaching yoga for about 3 years. My goal is to help my students get strong both mentally and physically on and off the mat. I offer lots of modifications in my classes to make sure they are accessible to all.
