Jennifer Henderson

My name is Jennifer Henderson and I began my fitness teaching career in the Fall of 2008, receiving my teaching certificate with Reebox Indoor Training program. I am completely passionate about my cycle, zenergy classes & interval training. 

Beyond the bike, I am a realtor, french fry lover, believer in the power of a good manicure and music that makes you feel like a boss. In my classes I use the mix of happy dance music, top 40 and electronic beats and hope you leave inspired and empowered to go out into the world and be amazing! Work it. Own it. Love it. Done.
