Hello my name is Michelle Bowman and I am certified in teaching PiYo and Group Fitness Classes. My family and I live on the Gulf Coast in Alabama, the beach and the beautiful sunsets never get old! My husband and I have been married for 15 years, we have two children ages 11 and 8. I currently teach PiYo at a Studio and I have private classes on the side. For the last few years I have been teaching group fitness classes similar to Boot Camp to all ages. If I'm not teaching a class I am either running or playing on my tennis team. Fitness is a Huge part of my life and I love to share it with others.
