What makes me a very unique teacher which attracts people is that my interpersonal communication skills cultivated through years of teaching. The number one comment we get after a class is "This is Yoga?" Yoga has several perceptions that are in grained in peoples heads. It's slow, its boring, its for women, its for people with discretionary income, its for people who cant work out in real gyms etc. The yoga I teach busts every perception. It's fun, edgy, athletic, non spiritual, a challenging work out, for all ages, for both genders and for every fitness level. I teach a class to who is on the mats. This means if it is beginners, we slow down, if its experienced people we ramp up the class and if is a mixture then I have to find ways to make it challenging for the more experienced person and doable to the beginner. I love teaching to one person and I love teaching to 60 people. Both classes require a different approach to make it pleasing for the people on the mats.
