As a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of comprehensive training, I have honed my skills in Power and Vinyasa yoga, blending traditional and contemporary practices. My commitment to ongoing education ensures that I stay current with the latest developments in the field, always bringing fresh insights and originality to my teaching.
