Karen Felix

 I am in New Jersey based yoga teacher specializing in vinyasa, yin, and chair yoga. I have also studied under Diane Bondiy in her Yoga for All program. As a teacher my priority is to offer both the physical and meditative aspects of the practice while assuring that students are safe in each pose. Combined with  fun music and interesting transitions it will be an hour well spent !
