Pamela Pakey

Pamela Pakey is a Kripalu (200 hours) yoga alliance certified yoga instructor. Her mission is to empower people to bring health and wellness into their lives. She teaches gentle to moderate yoga, power walking, group running and beginner pilates. Her classes are welcoming to people of all fitness levels. Using humor and compassion she educates her clients on basic anatomy, proper alignment techniques and working within their target zone to maximize their excercise routines.
