ALISA DINOVI

I have been practicing yoga for over 7 years. I am a certified 500 HR RYT, I am also certified in Y12SR (Yoga and 12 Step Recovery) Certified Leader as well as have my Practical Reiki Master certification. I would love the opportunity to teach and share and guide people on their own journey in yoga.  I have the love and the passion of a true yogi.  I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. I also have true experience in recovery as well. I always want to learn, share, and guide people in having the life of balance and helping the mind have ease.  I have so much gratitude for the journey that I have had and still am having and enjoying every day with love and gratitude.
