I have a love a appreciation for everything yoga has taught me. Through my practice, I have learned about the healing benefits of mind- body connection and mindful breathing techniques available on and off the mat. As a teacher, I hope to share and empower through the profound connectedness, community and self care in which my teachers and the practice have taught me.
I hope to provide an environment of fun and ease, while still offering an effortful class!
