For 25 years Killeen has worked in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer and spokesperson.She is certified with over 9 internationally known organizations and owns Personal Trainers Assoc. located in New York. She enjoys a challenge and has competed in many triathlons, bike races and has earned a 3rd degree black belt in Close Combat and Ki Chuan Do. Killeen's main focus as a health professional is to help educate and motivate women in reaching their fitness goals. She developed a successful program called THE 5 HR DIET that provides the tools and education needed to get the permanent results that women are looking for.
