Hello, my name is Brenda Fischer. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, a busy professional, and a causal athlete who seeks to maintain my active lifestyle while aging gracefully. I have been using yoga for the last 22 years to manage stress, improve performance, and enhance my overall life experience. I would like to share my practice, knowledge, and tools developed over the years with you. Classes are a gentle flow designed to increase flexibility and mobility with a focus on optimal alignment.
