I am a certified Pilates and Group Fitness Instructor from Chicago, IL. I currently teach individual and group Pilates for the East Bank Club, a prominent health club in downtown Chicago. I am also a part time Occupational Therapist for Accelerated Rehabilitation rehabilitating treating people with upper extremity injuries. Although I currently teach various formats of Pilates classes (reformer, ball, ring and roller, and general mat), in the past I have taught a variety of Group Fitness class formats including Toning, Stability Ball, BOSU, Aqua, and a form of Cardiokickboxing. I've had wonderful experiences and excellent feedback from guests while teaching group fitness on 2 trips through Fit Bodies. I have completed 2 triathlons, enjoy dancing, the outdoors, and playing with my kiddies (3 1/2 and 1 year old).
