My goal in fitness is to teach and coach individuals to reach their potential through fitness by utilizing a wide range of modalities with quality movement being paramount. Growing up in the rural south I was surrounded by individuals with poor lifestyle and health. I made it my mission to teach people that didn’t know the way to a better life. To do this I became a personal trainer, fitness blogger and fitness competitor. I specialize in biomechanics and sports nutrition and performance which focuses on mobility and strength training. Currently, I am one of the top trainers at a top 5 Golds Gym in the nation where I maintain a thriving clientele.
