Bianca is a passionate instructor who thrives on motivating clients to discover their personal strength and abilities. She brings an athletic approach to her classes and strives to add a personal touch to each session with an emphasis on self improvement at all levels. She believes pilates is the perfect complement to other fitness practices by defining muscle tone, flexibility, and balance together in one well thought out workout. Under mentorship from Kristen Riley at K.Pilates, Bianca began her journey to become a pilates instructor and continued her education through Club Pilates comprehensive training program. Outside the studio Bianca is a health and wellness advocate, fitness enthusiast, and most importantly a loving mother of 2 young boys.
