Life is a busy place to be and its demands - even though a joyful result of our own making - can and do find a way to use up our energies. Some days we wake up thinking I need to slow down - I need to find balance - I can’t keep this pace!  

When your head is talking ... it is because your body has been saying the same thing for a loooong time - you were just too focussed and busy to notice or pay attention to the signals it was sending you.  

This is were yoga comes in - as a means to reconnect with yourself, with was is important, and your place in the busy-ness of your world.

Shaktie (Marie-Jose) has come to yoga six years ago to experience grounding, to release tightness of the ribcage and stiffness of the back and to find the elusive release that only a nice breath can provide.

Shaktie is a mother, an entrepreneur, a volunteer, and an artist. Her M.A. in Human Systems guides her work in the field of organizational change - both as an executive and a consultant. Her experiences have led her to observe the impact constant stress has on people.  Being attentive to others has led her to become more attentive to herself.  She knows that resilience and capacity to adapt to change is a buildable skill.  

Shaktie invites you to practice that skill. Join her in a welcoming and releasing class of vinyasa, hatha or flow yoga to enhance your balance and grow the acceptance, joy and energy in your day, in your life.
