Alexandra Tharp

Hi! I am Alex, a Pilates Instructor from Boston, MA. I am a Mom of 2 little boys, and I’m passionate about wellness and fitness. I truly believe in the power of Pilates to transform the bodies and minds of its students, on an aesthetic and/or theraputic level.

I work with clients ranging from super fit athletes to elderly and/or injured/rehabilitative, including individuals with chronic and systemic illnesses like MS, RA, and Fibromyalgia. I have special certifications in Pilates for Neurological Diseases and Pilates For Breast Cancer.
