Angela Hagen

Angela received her Yoga Teacher certification from the school of Authentic Yoga Teacher Training with Cheryl Oliver. This teacher training had a strong focus on the Sanskrit language and has allowed me to teach a variation of yoga classes from a heated vinyasa flow to a restorative class.
