As a lifelong yogi, I have been teaching yoga for the past 6 years to athletes, yogis, mindfulness groups, public schools, and beginners. After becoming group fitness certified through American Fitness Professionals Association in 2014, I knew that I wanted to take my own practice deeper through obtaining a 200 RYT which I studied for and received from Senaji Studio in Hashikami, Aomori, Japan in 2017. Since then, I have not only deepened my own knowledge and understanding of the eight limbs of yoga, but also of how I can use my knowledge to enrich the lives of others through guiding meditation, mindfulness, and yoga classes. While I love teaching hot Vinyasa, I also teach Buti, and meditation in order to help my students reach their goals for the time spent on their mats.
