Lindsay Dandeneau

Lindsay Dandeneau is a certified yoga instructor who loves running, cycling, reading a good book and couch cuddles with her dog. Lindsay was introduced to yoga in her teens at her local community centre. After only a few classes she felt a new sense of strength and length that she had never experienced before. Her passion for yoga was fueled when she started volunteering at a yoga studio and began to deepen her practice.

Lindsay completed her 500 hour yoga training as well as her 65 hour Vinyasa (flow) training with Modo Yoga International.  She will always be a student of the practice and continues this life long journey of learning.

Lindsay teaches many styles of yoga from restorative to vinyasa (flow) and offers posture clinics and specialty programs for runners. Lindsay is known for providing clear instruction, creating a fun environment and empowering students to be their own best teacher.
