My fitness career kicked off in 2011, but fitness has always been a part of my life, I’ve played soccer since I was 9, ran track & field, and cross country in high school (and still race 2-3 times a year). I love to challenge myself and love the sense of accomplishment, so I’ve also competed in triathlons and adventure runs like Ragnar. Helping others live a healthy, happy and active life is my goal. I’m not here to whip you into shape, I am here to motivate and inspire you to live a healthier more fulfilling life. When I’m not teaching classes or training I enjoy reading, hiking, paddle boarding, cycling, cooking and spending time with my family.
