The approach I have successfully taken with clients is that we collectively look at your whole picture, assess your health history and current fitness levels. Together we will set obtainable goals that work for you to reach and maintain, along with a healthy living lifestyle. 

I feel that completing my 200 hr YTT  with a focus on Vinyassa, as well as now complimenting it with Yin Yoga approach, has taken my practice and that of my students to an entirely different level. The attention to mindfulness and continual connection with breath and movement aids in taking us out of our busy minds and into our bodies.
