I've been working out on a regular basis now for about 30 years. I was employed with Bally Total Fitness, for 7 years until the gym was purchased by Blast Fitness. My regular classes include: Strength and Stretch, Hi/Lo aerobics, Stretch and Relaxation, Aqua Dynamics (Aqua Aerobics and Aqua Strength). I do substitute classes for the above as well as Power Flex, Pilates, Floor Exercise and Toning, and KWANDO (a cardio conditioning class). My specialty and definitely largest following is with my aqua classes!
My latest certification is for the Bender Barre Method with the Bender Training Academy.
I independently contract work at other locations, also with group fitness. These classes include aerobics, floor conditioning, WOW (women on weights), and various types of stretch exercise.
My goal is to make everyone feel as if they can accomplish what ever they need to, but to laugh doing it. Exercise should still be fun!
As much as I love to do an occassional trip through Fit Bodies, I have a 14 year old so travel times are not always conducive to family schedules.
