A Registered Pharmacist since 2005, I have a passion for helping people live healthy lives. But, through my years behind a pharmacy counter, I realized that true help - the kind I long to provide - is preventative, rather than reactive.  

I found CrossFit in the summer of 2013 and never looked back. I love how it can be adapted to any ability, is fun, and never gets boring.  After moving and not being able to find a gym we liked close to our new home, we decided to open our own - a dream that became a reality in the summer of 2017.

My husband and I love to travel and love the Caribbean, but haven’t been able to travel since opening the business.  We would love the opportunity to travel again while having the opportunity to share CrossFit with travelers from around the world!
