She will motivate you to sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high making you feel awesome. 

She was name Fitness Instructor of the month in 2013 at GoodLife Fitness for all her time dedicated in helping and being there for her participants.

Melissa lives in New Brunswick, Canada where she is a wife, and a mom of two young daughters.

She is a traveler, a CrossFit member and a great runner.
