My current experience is as a personal trainer for one on ones and group fitness, along with my knowledge of meal prep, planning, macros and nutrition have helped to prepare me to be a great example for others. Having been a member of a Crossfit gym and a daily weight-lifter, I am quite familiar with HIIT training, circuit training, boot camps and bodyweight and resistance training.
I am always wanting to learn new things about health and fitness and make it a daily goal to expand my knowledge in these areas. I have received my NASM's Fitness Nutrition Certification and my NASM CPT Certification. Having a personal weight loss and fitness story of my own, I am zealous about helping other's be successful in meeting their goals. My fun loving attitude, determination, humbleness, and great communication skills make me a great addition to your team.
