My body is a surprising vehicle. As a teenager I started running in the forest near my house in rural Poland. In motion between the trees and under the open sky the body begun to tell me the story of the bigger world. It was calling me to live bigger and go outside of the little town to explore. I listened...I left the village and went to the big city of Kraków. There I discovered yoga and meditation as a student of Oriental and Indian Culture. In motion, with the quiet mind I kept listening to the inner calling for further exploration of self and the world. I left the old Polish city and went to the new and progressive city of Boulder, Colorado where I continued the exploration. I obtained a degree in Contemplative Psychology, Health and Healing. My body studied more modalities of movement, I run in new terrains and the passion for movement called for more.. The call was to share the joy and freedom of the body with others. I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and fused my knowledge of body and mind to help people discover their own voice in movement. I continue to grow and explore the world, guided by that inner calling to continually study movement and be of service to others in the discovery of beautiful and limitless life that is accessed via vehicle of our body.
