Amber is a Health and Fitness Professional who has been in the Fitness Industry for over 29 years. She has taught a variety of Group Fitness classes from Spinning, Step Aerobics, Strength, Mat and Reformer Pilates and Yoga. Amber loves to spread the truth about fitness and nutrition.
