My name is Jennifer.I have been practicing yoga for 20 years. I love all aspects of yoga
and how it can offer a wide variety of foundation to build on for all individuals. I have been trained
in hatha and vinyasa flow and received certification. But i still am strong to my roots.
I love the idea behind power yoga to strengthen the individual body and gain strength
the ability to lengthen and control the breath can be used in other situations.
When guiding my classes I like to create a journey and a focus to help the individual incorporate
their own bodies into it. And to teach them to use their prana or life force into the practice.
