I’ve been in love with yoga since I lost a bet and found myself in my first yoga class as a freshman in college. I love losing myself in the combination of breath and movement. No matter what else is going on in my world, there's me and my mat. This journey led to me completing training and becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.

I teach primarily vinyasa, which is yoga poses linked to breath in a continuous, flowing dance. I encourage students to find the fullest expression of each posture for your body on any given day. My classes are suitable for beginners, with modifications offered throughout. Yoga looks different in every body, so I cue to sensation and feeling rather than pure form. As long as you are breathing, you are doing yoga!
