I've been an athlete my entire life and fitness has been a major impact on me. I first started in the fitness industy as a spinning instructor and eventually branced out to sculpt classes, HIIT, yoga, yoga sculpt, etc.
As an instructor, my objective is to lead and motivate members through safe, fun and dynamic exercise methods. I’ve been a group fitness instructor for over 17 years and understand the importance of creating an environment for each individual needs. I have lead classes with both the novice and seasoned athlete in the same class, each receiving challenging workouts with understanding the importance of each feeling successful.
