Niecy Reid

I represent RIZE with NE*C LLC, which is a (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training fitness program helping people to Reach Ideal Zone of Exercise. I also am a licensed Zumba Instructor and Strong by Zumba Instructor. I teach Zumba at Anne Arundel Medical Center and RIZE at FedEX in Maryland.

Strong by Zumba is a (HITT) High Intensity Tempo Training program which follows the tempo of the music instead of the 8 count. I enjoy working out and helping students to live their best life by moving as if no one is watching. My motto is "Just Move It'.

When I am not teaching Zumba or RIZE I am a Sign Language Interpreter and enjoy time with my family.
