Danissa Prosser

My name is Danissa “Maka” Prosser I am extremely passionate about fitness and helping others get healthier.

 

Originally from Hawai’i, I quickly gained an early appreciation for dance as I grew up learning to dance Hula and tahitian. I continue to dance professionally as an adult, but I also now share my cultural dance as a form of fitness.

 

I live in Virginia with my husband and my 4 boys. As a mom I’ve had to struggle with balancing keeping myself fit and healthy. Becoming a fitness instructor and Personal trainer has become my was of share what I’ve learned and helping others.

 

I keep myself very busy working at Gold’s Gym, Orangetheory and participating in various Zumbathons and Local events in my community.
