tylar smith-chawkins

Tylar is an RYT-200 and has been teaching yoga since 2005. She began practicing yoga as a personal form of stress management in 2001 and was immediately hooked. She has taught at yoga studios, schools (for staff and for students), corporate locations and private classes. Her style is inspired by an alignment based training, balanced with a reflective approach. Yoga is meant to be a practice in which we continue to find new, open space, both in the body and in the mind.
