My name is Monica Burt and a native Texan with a passion for health and fitness. I am currently a fitness instructor and lead personal trainer for LiveWire Fitness.  I teach a variety of classes: Fusion, Strength and Run, Core, HIIT, Pure Strength and lead a Run Program (training for 5k up to 1/2 Marathons). I have run three 100 mile Ultra’s on Trail  and my last one coming in 3rd place overall and under 24hrs.  I have qualified for the Boston Marathon two time and went and ran the Boston Marathon last year.  I value my clients goals and time and motivating them all to reach their goals and accomplishments is my focus.  Nothing gets me more excited than to see someone accomplish something they weren’t sure they could do. I am humbled to be a part of that kind of journey.
