Jenna started out as a NASM certified Personal Trainer and then became a 200hr certified Yoga Instructor to dive deeper into the mind body strength connection. Jenna has competed previously in NPC fitness competitions and now yearly runs the half marathon at the Baltimore Running Festival. Jenna believes that health and fitness is a lifestyle choice and committment. Jenna looks at health and fitness as a holistic approach and helps her yogis and clients to become their strongest versions of themselves both physically and mentally. 
Also, Jenna can be found sharing her love of fitness with the community through her active role on the Pacing for Parkinson's running comittee and her volunteer work of teaching yoga to the kids of Baltimore Refugee Youth project.
