Jennifer Sienkiewicz

Jennifer has been a group exercise instructor at The EDGE Sports and Fitness for the past 15 years. She teaches a variety of classes, including Les Mills programs, high intensity cardiovascular and strength conditioning classes, core conditioning, cycling, aerobics, bootcamp, and Tabata. She also teaches mind-body classes, including Barre and Beachbody PiYo. Jennifer also has a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science, and she enjoys sharing her passion for being active and living a healthy lifestyle with others.
