I am orignally from Germany and have resided in the United States frok 1995 - 1998. Moved back to Germany due to my husbands job from 1998 - 2001. Since 2001 until present I live in North Carolina.

I have been teaching since 1993. Received my Group Fitness Certification in 1993 from the German Fitness Association. In 1995 I became a Group Fitness Instructor with AFAA.

I have been a member since.

Till present I received additional certifications such as:
