Nuria Merediz

I grew up as a gymnast in my native Spain which defined my love for fitness since a very early age. As a young adult I went into dance combining both dance and gym. I then went on to create St Margaret’s Dance Academy 9 years ago, a dance business that has become very successful, offering dance clubs in schools in Southwest London.

I believe that dance and music should be in everyone’s lives and a good fitness regime should always involve something that is “fun”.
